The Center for Health, Human Rights and Development is launching a new four-year initiative, The Joint Advocacy for Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights in Uganda (JAS Programme), with support from the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) and in collaboration with seven Ugandan partners organisations.
The JAS Programme plans to build a progressive social movement to boldly challenge the deep structures that affect the realisation of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) in Uganda.
The JAS Programme, anchored at CEHURD, will operate between 2020 and 2023 as a collaborative effort that includes:
