The Northern Region of Uganda is the largest of the four regions. However, it is the least populated with only 7,188,132. JAS Programme activities will be implemented in Guli, Lira, Koboko and Yumbe districts. Yumbe and Koboko are both border districts and like many other border districts of Uganda, they host refugees.
